Perform deck operations including towing, mooring, and anchor handling while operating hydraulic winches and knuckle boom cranes. Maintain vessel equipment and assist with domestic chores and emergency drills.
Requirements
Must hold an Able Seafarer Deck certificate (STCW Reg. II/5), valid STCW certifications, and a medical certificate. Minimum 2 years of experience on tugs or offshore support vessels is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Good knowledge of knots and splicing rope/wire
Good safety practices and ability to identify hazards
Ability to identify and safely use lifting gear/shackles
Experienced in operating hydraulic winches
Ability to operate the vessels knuckle boom crane with a remote control or manually
Knowledge of dredge support and the supporting dredgers with the connection and disconnection of floating pipelines
Anchor handling skills in both shallow and deep water, working with pipe/cable laying vessels
Assist with all towing, mooring and deck operations.
Towing and barge handling operations
Assist with domestic chores, cooking and cleaning
Maintain mooring equipment and towing gear.
Carry out watch keeping duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Able Seafarer Deck certificate - STCW Reg. II/5
Valid STCW certification.
Valid medical certificate and seafarer's book.
Good English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as AB on tug vessels, harbour craft or offshore support vessels.
Previous towage experience preferred.
