The General Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations, building and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring a positive guest experience. They set the operational pace and drive business growth through empathetic leadership and confident decision-making.
Candidates must have over 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, along with a strong ability to coach others and thrive in high-volume settings.

In this role, you’ll take charge of your restaurant, build an amazing team, and create a place where every shift feels like a win—for your team and your guests.
You’ll set the tone, drive the pace, and bring the good vibes. Whether it’s helping your team grow, making sure a busy Friday runs smoothly, or hyping up small wins, you’ll be the kind of leader who brings people together and keeps the momentum going.

•3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
•A sharp business mind and the ability to coach others to hit goals and raise the bar
•Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

•Passion for creating the best guest experiences and developing a high-performing team
