Manage residential scheduling for estimates, installations, and repairs while handling phone and email communications. Responsible for invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining the schedule for builder projects.
Requires at least two years of customer service experience and proficiency with CRM and office software. Previous experience in scheduling or logistics is preferred.
