The Role:

We are looking for a confident, commercially-minded, and tech-savvy Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of Enterprise customers and drive both retention and expansion. You’ll be accountable for protecting existing ARR while identifying and closing new growth opportunities, with a quarterly expansion quota alongside retention and renewal targets.

This is not a traditional relationship-management role. You’ll act as a strategic and commercial partner to your customers — understanding their business priorities, building multi-threaded relationships, demonstrating measurable value and ROI, and translating customer goals into opportunities to deepen their partnership with ScreenCloud.

At ScreenCloud, we’re building an AI-first Customer Success organization. You’ll use AI to work more efficiently, uncover insights across a larger book of business, strengthen account planning, identify risk and whitespace, prepare for strategic conversations, and prioritize where your time can have the greatest commercial impact. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to evolve how you work.

Responsibilities:

• Own retention, renewals, churn/contraction, and expansion across an Enterprise book of business, including accountability for a quarterly expansion quota.

• Act as a strategic and commercial advisor, connecting ScreenCloud to customer priorities and driving measurable adoption, value, and ROI.

• Build and execute strategic account and Mutual Success Plans, identifying customer goals, risks, whitespace, stakeholder relationships, and paths to growth.

• Build strong multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, from day-to-day champions to executive stakeholders.

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities, leading commercial conversations from discovery through negotiation and close.

• Lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs/EBRs and renewals, centered on business outcomes, value realized, and future priorities.

• Maintain an accurate expansion pipeline and forecast, with clear deal strategies, next steps, and risks.

• Use AI, customer data, and insights to prioritize a larger portfolio, identify risk and growth signals, and improve account planning and customer engagement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer and commercial outcomes.

• Share best practices, including AI-enabled workflows and commercial approaches, to help elevate team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar SaaS role, with demonstrated success owning retention and expansion targets.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities, building business cases, negotiating, and closing expansion business.

• Strategic account management experience, including account planning, multi-threading, executive engagement, and value/ROI realization.

• Ability to manage and prioritize a large, dynamic book of business based on customer risk, opportunity, and potential.

• Excellent discovery, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

• Strong analytical judgment and comfort using customer, product, and commercial data to inform decisions.

• Experience with modern CRM, Customer Success, product analytics, and AI tools.

• Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
