Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient 24/7 production operations. Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain critical systems including electrical, refrigeration, and boilers.
Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing or food production and supervisory experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of 3-phase power, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
