The role involves coordinating day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including entering payments and monitoring overdue accounts. It also requires preparing month-end reports and collaborating with Division Managers to ensure timely collections.
Candidates must have a diploma or certificate in accounting and at least 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset.

We work in a fast-paced environment, local to Burnaby and surrounding areas, with other offices in Kamloops & Vancouver Island. We are a tight-knit team of respectful and humble people working in coordination & sometimes independently, with a positive, solution focused, process-oriented approach and growth mindset.
This role supports our finance team by coordinating day-to-day accounts receivable activities and ensuring timely collection of customer payments. It is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with internal stakeholders and customers, and who approaches work with reliability and strong follow‑through.
Start with a 3-month contract, with a strong chance to move into a permanent part-time role.
