The Manager will lead client accounts by developing and executing strategic communications plans and overseeing deliverables, budgets, and timelines. They will also provide strategic counsel in media relations and crisis management while mentoring junior team members.
Candidates need 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications or PR, preferably within a consulting or agency environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong understanding of the Canadian health care system are required.

As a member of our growing Communications team, you won’t just be watching the health care landscape change; you’ll be helping us shape it. This hybrid role requires an ambitious, motivated individual with a passion for communications and strong levels of accountability and integrity. As a key member of the Santis Communications Practice, the Manager will work closely with the team to build and deliver communications solutions.
