Santa Barbara Auto Group, representing seven premium automotive brands, is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Valet / Porter / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
If you enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and want an opportunity to grow with a well-established company, we'd love to hear from you. No automotive experience is required—we'll train the right person.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Safely park, retrieve, and transport customer and dealership vehicles.
Assist the Service Department with vehicle flow and daily operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
QualificationsQualifications
Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or automotive experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus but not required.
Must be able to work outdoors and be comfortable walking and standing throughout the day.
