Wir suchen für unsere Franchise Neurologie eine(n) erfahrene(n) und ambitionierte(n) Außendienstmitarbeiterin.
Es erwartet Sie eine duale Verantwortlichkeit: zum einen für einen Launch in der Neurologie, zum anderen für die Vermarktung eines Blockbusters im Bereich COPD. Ihre Aufgabe ist demnach herausfordernd, vielseitig und äußerst abwechslungsreich.
Entsprechend sind Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Immunologie und Neurologie ebenso wünschenswert wie bestehende Kundenkontakte.
Hauptaufgaben
Kundenbetreuung: Betreuung von Fachärzten und Spezialisten (Anwender, Meinungsbildner, Entscheider) in Praxen und Kliniken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit MSL-, BRM-Kolleginnen und Regionalleitung
Marktentwicklung: Kontinuierlicher Ausbau des Einsatzes neurologischer Produkte und Stärkung der Krankheitsbilder in der Region
Beziehungsmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Key Stakeholdern in Praxen und klinischen Zentren
Strategieumsetzung: Erstellung und Umsetzung des lokalen Businessplans gemäß nationaler Marketingstrategie
Gebietsmanagement: Effiziente Tourenplanung, Priorisierung von Kontakten und Besuchsfrequenzen in Abstimmung mit der Regionalleitung
Veranstaltungsmanagement: Planung und Durchführung lokaler und digitaler Fortbildungen im Rahmen des Budgets
Marktpositionierung: Ausbau der Marktposition und Wettbewerbsabgrenzung im Gebiet
Repräsentation: Vertretung von Sanofi bei regionalen und überregionalen Fachkongressen
Produktkommunikation: Umfassende Produktinformation und Platzierung der Besprechungsschwerpunkte bei Zielgruppen
Administration: Pünktliches Berichtswesen, Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, kollegiale Teamunterstützung
