• Conduct assessments of patient symptoms over the phone.
• Provide advice, implement treatments, and escalate complex cases to physicians or nurse practitioners when necessary.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-ups as required.
• Encourage preventive care and educate patients to avoid escalation of minor issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and company standards.
• Respond to patient questions about treatments, medications, and ongoing care.
• Stay current with medical knowledge to provide accurate virtual diagnoses and recommendations.

• Nursing diploma or degree; active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, with preference for prior telehealth, triage, or outpatient experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment and clinical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to provide empathetic care remotely.
• Experience with electronic medical records, and digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in both French and English (oral and written).
