Production Worker

Temporary, 6 month term contract

Full-Time

$18.25 per hour

Overview of Position:
We are hiring a temporary, full-time Production Worker, with a schedule consisting of four, 10-hour days per week. The term of employment will commence on the date of hire and continue for 6 months. This term may be extended and/or have the potential for permanent employment, which would include qualifying for our extended benefits and other associated perks.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Production Worker to join our team! If you are excited to support us through a busy time of year and get to know our team and our product line, then you may be who we are looking for!

What will you do?
● Perform line pre-operative and post-operative checklist.
● Fill and pack coffee bags in boxes or trays.
● Ensure weight and date are correct and appear on all bags.
● Wrap skids as required.
● Ensure inventory of operation supplies: boxes, trays, tapes, wrap, fresh seal, labels.
● Maintain integrity of the production floor and follow GMP guidelines: hair nets, aprons,
dress codes.
● Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment in the area.

● This role requires clear communication in English, both spoken and written, to ensure safety, teamwork, and accurate completion of production documentation.

Considerations:
● This position requires physical movements such as but not limited to: lifting boxes up to
50lbs waist high, reaching and bending. Dragging and pulling weight of up to 100lbs.
● Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
● Working in a manufacturing environment; temperature fluctuations of heat and cold,
noise, dust. Strong scent of roasted Coffee.
