Provide direct care and supervision for children from birth through kindergarten in a classroom setting. Assist teachers with routine activities including meals, naps, and diapering while maintaining health and safety standards.
Must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in at least 6 units at Sacramento State with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Requires a cleared criminal background check, health screening, and proof of immunizations and TB clearance.

SUMMARY:
The Classroom Student Assistant II works under the supervision of the program Head/Mentor/Fellowship Teacher, Classroom Student Supervisor or Classroom Student Assistant III to provide direct care and supervision of children from birth through kindergarten in a classroom setting (never left alone with children).
