The occupational therapist is responsible for assessing patient functional status and developing individualized plans of care in a home health setting. They provide direct therapy services, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Candidates must hold a degree from an ACOTE-accredited program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and current CPR certification are required, along with reliable transportation for field travel.
