The Leasing Associate is responsible for aggressively leasing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, residential, and industrial properties. This includes developing marketing strategies, sourcing potential tenants, and managing the lease process from initial inquiry to onboarding.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of leasing or customer service experience, including 1+ year in real estate sales or leasing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least 2 years of clerical or administrative experience are required.
