The Senior Accountant manages financial reporting, month-end close processes, and budgeting and forecasting activities. They are also responsible for optimizing financial systems, specifically Sage Intacct, and supporting annual audits and regulatory compliance.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of progressive experience are required. Preferred qualifications include a CPA, MBA, or experience in nonprofit healthcare accounting and ERP system implementations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a blend of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, process improvement, and systems optimization. The Senior Accountant will play an important role in supporting the Agency's financial operations while helping drive key initiatives, including financial systems enhancements and reporting improvements.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accountant will support accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and financial analysis. This position will work closely with Finance leadership and department managers across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and support informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization while helping modernize and strengthen financial processes.
