Rutherford Management Company is seeking a full-time Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Sandpiper Village Apartments, a well-established 210-unit apartment community. As the Service Manager, you will oversee the daily maintenance operations for the community while leading a team of skilled maintenance professionals. Your focus will be on preventative maintenance, resident satisfaction, work order completion, vendor coordination, safety, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
You'll also coach and develop your team while ensuring maintenance requests are completed efficiently and to Rutherford's quality standards.

Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies is required.
Pay: $36.00-$38.00 per hour
