The specialist will manage accounts payable, internal bookkeeping, and medical billing for long-term care clients. They will also provide general administrative support and assist with onboarding new clients while maintaining organizational workflows.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an office environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial or billing systems is preferred.

We are seeking an individual to support a variety of business office and administrative functions for long-term care healthcare clients, along with internal office operations. This position works across multiple areas of the business and requires flexibility, initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to help wherever needed as priorities evolve.
Core Responsibilities:
This is an onsite position based in our Lincoln office, supporting the business and administrative needs of long-term care facilities and our internal operations. Responsibilities may shift between accounts payable, bookkeeping, client support, office administration, software systems, medical billing and other business office functions based on client and organizational needs.
Some experience is required in the office environment, but we are willing to train for some of the core duties for the right candidate in many areas. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative, adapts well to change, and is interested in learning and growing with the organization.
