The Maintenance Lead will provide technical leadership for the maintenance team, coordinating daily priorities and complex repairs within a manufacturing environment. They are responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, mentoring technicians, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2-4 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference given to those with technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial systems.

THE OPPORTUNITY
RS is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Lead to provide day-to-day technical leadership and support for our maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead complex maintenance work, coordinate daily priorities, and serve as a key resource for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for a highly skilled maintenance professional who enjoys remaining hands-on while guiding and supporting technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
