Perform face-to-face property inspections to identify pest risks and recommend customized service solutions to homeowners. Build and manage a recurring customer base through door-to-door prospecting and referral generation.
Candidates should possess a self-driven, competitive mindset and strong communication skills. While sales experience is preferred, it is not required for this role.

· Meet homeowners face-to-face and build relationships
· Perform property inspections to identify pest risks
· Recommend customized service solutions
· Close sales through door-to-door prospecting and build long-term accounts
· Develop and manage your own territory
· Generate referrals and expand your presence
