Perform quality assurance inspections on new construction and re-roofing projects to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards. Conduct in-depth evaluations, leak investigations, and maintenance inspections while documenting findings in detailed reports.
Candidates must have extensive knowledge of various roofing systems and the ability to read technical plans and specifications. The role requires physical stamina to perform inspections, including ladder work and navigating scaffolding, along with basic computer proficiency.
