Moderation zwischen Projektgeschwindigkeit und Infrastrukturrealität: Ausbalancieren von Time-to-Market-Anforderungen der Projekte mit Stabilität, Sicherheit und langfristiger Wartbarkeit der Infrastruktur, auch im Hinblick auf fundamental veränderte Projektvorgehensweisen in AI-basierten Delivery-Projekten.
Aufbau eines strukturierten Frühbeteiligungs- und Beratungsprozesses: Etablierung klarer Schnittstellen, Triggerpunkte und Formate (z. B. Architektur-Checks), damit Infrastruktur systematisch und nicht zufällig eingebunden ist.
Fundierte und langjährige Erfahrung in der Architektur und Integration komplexer IT-Umgebungen und Infrastrukturen: Nachweisbare Expertise insbesondere bei der Integration von Commercial-of-the-shelf IT-Anwendungen in Microsoft-basierte Enterprise-Infrastrukturen über mehrere Domänen hinweg (z. B. Cloud, Netzwerk, Plattformen, Workplace).
Breites technisches Verständnis zentraler Infrastruktur-Komponenten und -Technologien: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. Microsoft Azure), Virtualisierung, Netzwerk, Security, Automation sowie Monitoring und Systems Management und deren Auswirkungen/Interaktion mit IT-Anwendungen.
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur architektonischen Bewertung und strategischen Ableitung: Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen von IT-Anwendungen an IT-Infrastruktur zu analysieren, Integrationsrisiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und fundierte Entscheidungen für zukunftsfähige Architektur- und Technologiepfade der Projekte abzuleiten.
Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten auf strategischer Ebene: Umfassende Projekterfahrung in agilen und klassischen Vorgehensmodellen sowie Fähigkeit, Anforderungen aus Projekten systematisch in Infrastrukturentwicklungen zu überführen.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Organisationseinheiten: Fähigkeit zur effektiven Koordination zwischen Anwendungsprojekten, Infrastruktur-Rollen und externen Dienstleistern sowie zur Moderation komplexer Zielkonflikte.
Kenntnisse moderner Betriebsmodelle und Automatisierungsansätze, insbesondere im Kontext AI-basierter Infrastrukturen: Verständnis von Automatisierung, Self-Service, Plattformisierung sowie der Transformation hin zu AI‑gestützten, agentenbasierten Betriebs- und Deliverymodellen.
Stark ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln und als zentraler Sparringspartner für Projekte und Management zu agieren.
