Responsible for the acquisition and marketing of residential properties and plots of land, as well as managing an existing customer base. The role involves independently managing the entire process from initial acquisition through to the notary appointment.
Requires a completed education in real estate economics and significant experience in residential property brokerage with strong knowledge of the Munich market. Candidates must possess high consulting competence, strong acquisition skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
