The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient operation. They also perform preventive maintenance and assist with the installation of new machinery.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and previous mechanical and electrical experience, preferably in the printing industry. Applicants are also expected to pass a mechanical aptitude test and have experience operating a tow motor.
The primary function of the Maintenance Technician position is to maintain, repair and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities vary but mainly include repair on machinery, running electric and airlines, moving machinery and etc. Maintenance strives to perform all repairs in an efficient, safe and timely manner.
