Role Summary:
Lead the growth of strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, brokerage offices, and property developers to drive adoption of Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) solutions. Responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding partner accounts, increasing transaction volumes, optimizing conversion rates, and achieving commercial growth targets.

What will you be doing?

• Build and manage partnerships with real estate brokers and developers.

• Promote RNPL solutions as a tool to accelerate leasing and increase partner revenue.

• Drive B2B2C sales, negotiate agreements, and onboard new partners.

• Grow existing accounts through higher usage, expansion, and upselling.

• Train and enable partners to maximize adoption and performance.

• Monitor and improve application, approval, and contract conversion rates.

• Manage sales pipeline and partner relationships through CRM systems.

• Conduct regular partner meetings and achieve monthly sales and partnership targets.

• Track performance and provide regular reports against KPIs.

You're a perfect match if you have

• 1–3 years of B2B sales, telesales, partnership management, or account management experience within the real-estate market.

• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, FinTech, leasing, or related industries is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive partner growth.

• Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate ecosystem, including brokers, developers, and leasing processes.

• Excellent telesales, negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience presenting solution-based products and managing the full sales cycle remotely.

• Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Ability to onboard, train, and activate partners to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving conversion metrics.

• Native or fluent Arabic and strong professional English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

رايز هي شركة تقنية عقارية سعودية متخصصة في تقديم حلول مبتكرة تساعد المستأجرين على تقسيم الإيجار السنوي إلى 12 دفعة شهرية ميسرة، مع ضمان حصول المالك على قيمة الإيجار كاملة وفق آلية رقمية سهلة وسريعة.

نعمل على إعادة تعريف تجربة التأجير السكني في المملكة من خلال حلول مالية وتقنية متطورة تربط بين المستأجرين والملاك والوسطاء العقاريين، وتسهم في تسريع عمليات التأجير وزيادة كفاءة السوق العقاري.

طبيعة العمل

يعمل مندوب المبيعات الميداني على استقطاب وتطوير شبكة الوسطاء العقاريين والمطورين العقاريين، وزيارتهم بشكل يومي، وتقديم حلول رايز لهم، ومتابعة تفعيلهم وزيادة حجم العقود والطلبات الواردة من خلالهم.

ساعات العمل

من الساعة 1:00 ظهراً وحتى الساعة 10:00 مساءً

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تطوير الشراكات العقارية

• استقطاب الوسطاء العقاريين والمكاتب العقارية وتوقيع اتفاقيات التعاون معهم.

• زيادة عدد الشركاء النشطين بشكل مستمر.

• تمثيل رايز لدى الشركاء وتعزيز حضورها في السوق العقاري.

المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال

• تحقيق النمو في المبيعات من خلالتفعيل الشراكات مع الوسطاء العقاريين

• تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة وتوسيع شبكة الشركاء.

• متابعة تفعيل الشركاء وضمان بدء استخدامهم للخدمة.

• تنمية الحسابات الحالية وزيادة حجم العمليات المنفذة عبر رايز.

التفعيل وتحسين الأداء

• تدريب الوسطاء العقاريين على آلية استخدام خدمات رايز.

• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحسين:

  • عدد الطلبات المقدمة.

  • نسبة التحويل من الطلب إلى العقد.

  • حجم العقود الشهرية المنجزة.

• التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لتسهيل الإجراءات التشغيلية .

إدارة العلاقات والمتابعة

• تنفيذ زيارات واجتماعات يومية مع الوسطاء العقاريين.

• إدارة الفرص البيعية ومراحل التعاقد عبر نظام CRM.

• تحقيق المستهدفات الشهرية الخاصة بالمبيعات والشراكات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة في المبيعات الميدانية أو تطوير الأعمال.

• يفضل وجود خبرة في القطاع العقاري أو التقني العقاري.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والإقناع.

• القدرة على بناء العلاقات وإدارة الحسابات التجارية.

• إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة CRM.

مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)

• عدد الزيارات والاجتماعات اليومية.

• عدد الوسطاء العقاريين الجدد شهرياً.

• عدد الشركاء النشطين.

• قيمة العقود المنجزة شهرياً.

• حجم الطلبات الواردة عبر الشركاء.
