Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Use VinSolutions CRM to manage and track all customer interactions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Ensure all customer concerns regarding costs, warranties, and appointments are addressed.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in a dealership BDC role with expertise in VinSolutions CRM.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and leads      effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Valid driver’s license.
