Lead a small IT team to provide support for users across Canada and the US while modernizing the technology ecosystem. Manage the SaaS portfolio, endpoint security via Intune, and ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA standards.
Requires 5+ years of experience in IT operations or service desk leadership with strong proficiency in macOS and Microsoft technologies. Must have experience managing SaaS ecosystems and working within regulated environments.

Reporting to the CEO, we’re looking for a curious, collaborative and solutions-oriented IT Operations Manager to join Rival Group. In this role, you’ll lead and modernize our IT function, supporting approximately 200 employees across Canada and the US while helping shape the future of our technology ecosystem. You’ll work with smart, kind people who care about great work, real collaboration, and having fun while building something meaningful.
This role is open to candidates based in Vancouver, with a hybrid working model designed to support flexibility, connection, and focused work.

Fair compensation: We’re committed to pay equity and fair pay practices. The salary range for this role is CAD $110,000 to $135,000, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
