Candidates must possess strong IT skills, a professional telephone manner, and experience working in a customer-facing environment. A GCSE in Math and English or equivalent is required, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
Overall Purpose of Role:
The purpose of this role is to maximise all contact time to arrange the collection of vehicles, calling both policy holders and holding garages, confirming charges, and booking collection dates in line with SLA’s. This is a customer and client facing role, so a professional and friendly approach is required at all times.
