This learnership is open to persons with disabilities only.
Locations: Cape Town, Gqeberha, and Johannesburg Qualification: NQF5 in Short-Term Insurance Workplace experience: Underwriting and Claims
As part of our commitment to employment equity and skills development, RBS Insurance Brokers is offering a learnership exclusively for persons with disabilities who are ready to kickstart a career in the insurance industry. This is an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while completing a recognised qualification.
What the programme involves:
A structured learnership combining theoretical study with practical workplace experience
Hands-on exposure to underwriting and claims processes
Working alongside experienced professionals to build your skills and knowledge in the insurance sector
Requirements:
Be a person with a disability (as defined under the Employment Equity Act)
Aged 18–35
Currently unemployed
Passed matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (40%+) and English Home Language or First Additional Language (40%+)
Have not participated in an INSETA learnership in the past 18 months
Based in Cape Town, Gqeberha, or Johannesburg
What we offer:
