Responsibilities

Build an outbound pipeline by targeting and qualifying high-potential Mid-Market accounts. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, utilizing consultative selling and rigorous pipeline tracking in Salesforce.

Requirements

Requires a hunter profile with proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and mastery of consultative selling methodologies. Must be fluent in French and English and proficient in discovery frameworks like MEDDIC and BANT.

Tes missions
  • Construire ton pipeline en outbound : cibler, ouvrir et qualifier les comptes Mid Market à fort potentiel.

  • Mener le cycle de vente de bout en bout, de la première prise de contact à la signature, avec un suivi rigoureux.

  • Vendre en mode consultatif et challenger : creuser les vrais besoins (OPA, Mocap, 3 Why, BANT, MEDDIC) et structurer tes négociations (ROI/TCO/COI, AIR, BATNA, matrice concession/contrepartie).

  • Répondre aux appels d'offres, activer les partenariats, et t'appuyer sur le Produit, le Marketing et le Customer Service pour closer.

  • Atteindre et dépasser tes objectifs mensuels et trimestriels, en pilotant un pipeline propre et des prévisions fiables dans Salesforce.

  • Tu as de l'expérience en vente SaaS B2B.

  • Tu es formé·e à la vente consultative et au challenger selling.

  • Tu maîtrises les méthodologies de discovery (OPA, Mocap, MEDDIC…) et tu sais négocier sur des bases solides (ROI/TCO/COI, BATNA).

  • Tu es coachable, structuré·e, et tu avances en équipe sans te disperser.

  • Français natif et anglais courant.
