The Navigation Solution Consultant acts as a subject matter expert to drive client value through strategic navigation and Unity solutions. They collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to lead high-stakes pitches, design client demos, and provide ongoing clinical and technical leadership.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. The role requires 4-8 years of experience in healthcare IT or navigation solutions, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
The Navigation Solution Consultant at Rightway is a subject matter expert (SME) who serves as the cornerstone of technical, clinical and strategic expertise during client engagements. This role is pivotal in ensuring Rightway’s most sophisticated clients fully understand and realize the value of our Navigation and Unity (PBM & Navigation) solutions. From RFPs, pitch meetings to finalist discussions, the Navigation Solution Consultant demonstrates mastery of our solution offerings, articulating their benefits and strategic impact for our clients. Collaborating across teams, this individual plays a key role in commercial activities, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and Rightway’s market leadership.
Base Salary: $113,000 - $146,000
Compensation offered will be determined by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
