Oversee all office and field operations for traffic control services across Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining client relations, and handling P&L and budgeting.
Candidates should have experience in construction or traffic control management and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license is required, and specific certifications like ATSSA and TCS must be obtained or held.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all traffic control services provided to the client is reliable, on-time, well trained, and safe to ensure an organized operation.
This position will oversee the entire office and field including the Office Administrator and field positions. The territory of this position will cover the eastern side of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Travel can be expected to occupy 75% of the time. The Operations Manager will be expected to complete new hire processes, new hire orientations, and all trainings.
The Operations Manager directly reports to the Regional Manager.
