The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing incoming and outbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate customer database records. They also coordinate with dispatch to support technicians and resolve customer concerns through effective communication.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills, with prior call center experience preferred. The role requires availability to work rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
