As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, enforcing cybersecurity policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Support basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment setup, account creation)
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records
- Participate in IT and business projects as required
Job Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge:
- Intermediate understanding of Windows operating systems (required)
- Knowledge of common software applications (Microsoft 365, email systems, browsers) (required)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment (required)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management (preferred)
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices (preferred)
