Lead product research on functional aspects, including omics and clinical studies, to substantiate ingredient and formula efficacy. Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate cutting-edge science and AI into product design and marketing claims.
A Ph.D. is required with a strong background in pharmacology, TCM, or clinical studies and proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to apply AI to research and maintain professional networks with universities and CRO labs.
Primary responsibility for product research on functional aspect, including –omics study, biological and clinical study, and data analysis. Design and manage studies for ingredient/formula substantiation. Set up and manage collaboration and projects with both inside and outside partners. Deliver product information/science and technology to marketing and distributors. Leverage AI into research, development and science interpretation.
