The role involves designing and building custom Workday reports, dashboards, and surveys to provide high-quality analytics for leadership. It also requires managing Workday upgrades, security frameworks, and integrating new companies during acquisitions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools and 5 years of professional experience in data analytics. Proficiency in Workday HCM, Report Writer, and EIBs is mandatory.
