The role involves producing complete construction documents and leading the permitting process for residential projects in California. You will coordinate with engineers and city departments to resolve design gaps and ensure projects are construction-ready.
Requires over 5 years of California residential design experience with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of CBC and CRC codes. A professional license is welcome but not required, as technical expertise is the primary focus.

This isn't just a drafting role - you'll be a key member of our growing Pre-construction team, working alongside executive leadership, Owner Representatives, engineers, and contractors to turn ideas into construction-ready projects.

Candidates with experience as Senior Job Captains, Architectural Project Managers, Residential Designers, or unlicensed Architectural Designers are encouraged to apply.
