The Tendering Engineer manages the interaction between owners and contractors, overseeing the production of RFPs, contracts, and bids. They are responsible for coordinating the tender process, evaluating proposals, and negotiating service agreements to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience in engineering or construction management, with at least 2 years specifically in contracting and bidding. A professional procurement and negotiation qualification is required alongside proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
