Oversee the daily maintenance and operations of residential and commercial properties, managing on-site technical teams and service vendors. Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and tenant satisfaction.
Requires 4-6 years of experience in facility or property management with a strong technical background in MEP systems. Professional certifications like OSHA or NEBOSH and proficiency in English and Arabic are preferred.
