Plan and lead engaging group and one-on-one activities tailored to the interests and needs of older adults. Document resident participation and coordinate with volunteers and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with college coursework in Recreational Therapy or a related field. Previous experience working with senior populations and strong communication skills are desired.
