Perform and review real estate valuations and provide advisory services to support investment decisions. Develop financial models, business plans, and maintain relationships with local authorities and professional networks.
Requires a university degree in Real Estate or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Greek and English is mandatory, and membership in RICS, TEGOVA, or the Ministry of Finance registry is strongly desired.
