REPORTS TO: Clinical Supervisor Licensed Settings
SUPERVISES: Education and Behavior Analyst Support Specialist, provides on-shift direction of Intensive Residential Technicians I and II
STARTING WAGE: $74,375-$95,625 per year, adjusted for relevant education and experience.
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

As an Intensive Treatment Behavior Analyst I, you will design, implement, and supervise comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will provide vital clinical leadership on shifts, guide dedicated direct-care staff, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to foster meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Education: Master’s degree in a Human Behavioral Science field (with graduate-level coursework in basic principles of behavior, ABA, and research methodology).
Credentials: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Licensure: Valid and current license as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan (LARA).
Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based procedures for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. (Experience in residential programs is highly preferred!)
Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in developing, measuring, and adjusting clinical programs based on data.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead group activities, manage staff dynamics, and communicate compassionately with families.
Resilience: Ability to complete crisis intervention training and perform physically and mentally demanding tasks as needed.
