We’re looking for a motivated and dependable ConstructionLaborerI to join our hardworking team! If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a hands-on role, and take pride in delivering high-quality results, this is the job for you. As an Outside Laborer, you’ll be an integral part of our projects, helping with a variety of tasks including general labor, erosion and sediment installation control, heavy equipment operation. You’ll work alongside a skilled crew, contributing to projects that make a tangible impact. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, work in a collaborative environment, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your work come to life, we want you on our team! This opportunity is based out of our Lititz, PA. location
The ability to travel 4-5 nights a week. Per Diem and hotel stay provided.

Morning Kickoff
Start your day by reviewing detailed work specifications and plans for the day’s tasks.
Conduct safety checks on all tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness.
Tool Operation
Operate a variety of tools, including power tools like, as well as landscape equipment like chainsaws, water pumps, skid steers, GPS equipment to perform critical tasks on-site.
Hands-On Erosion Control
Work hands-on to implement erosion and sediment control measures, following detailed specifications to ensure compliance with environmental regulations..
Problem-Solving on the Go
Analyze the site and adapt to changing conditions, making quick decisions to address any challenges that arise during the day.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Continuous Learning
Expand your understanding of erosion control methods and daily construction protocols, applying this knowledge to improve your work each day.
End-of-Day Wrap-Up
Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
Review completed tasks with your supervisor to confirm everything meets the required standards and specifications.
This role requires physical stamina, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Every day brings new challenges, making it a rewarding position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and making a direct impact on the environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Capable of walking over uneven surfaces, climbing on construction equipment, and navigating hills.
