RES is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead large-scale, complex projects across ecological restoration, water resource management, and infrastructure resilience. This senior-level role requires an experienced leader capable of managing high-risk, high-value projects while mentoring teams and advancing technical excellence across the company.
This position will be responsible for full project lifecycle management—from planning to execution to closeout—while acting as a subject matter expert and strategic partner in regulatory, technical, and business development initiatives. At RES, we don’t just manage projects—we transform landscapes, protect ecosystems, and solve regulatory puzzles. As a PM IV, you’ll have the autonomy to lead high-impact initiatives while working with some of the most skilled scientists, engineers, and practitioners in the industry. You’ll also be helping RES expand into new markets, drive innovation, and elevate industry standards.
Here, you’ll be empowered to lead with integrity, influence policy, and deliver measurable environmental and financial results—on your terms, with the support of a strong, multidisciplinary team.
A Day in the Life
You’ll start your day checking in with your team—maybe it’s your internal design staff, subcontractors in the field, or regional leadership about a regulatory development.
Next up: a contract negotiation with a key client, where your understanding of scope, risk, and value sets the tone for long-term success.
You might spend your afternoon working on a project recovery plan or running a working session with PMs across the region to align on technical performance improvements.
By the end of the day, you’ll probably review financial reports, prep for a go/no-go evaluation, or contribute to a proposal for a major new opportunity.
