The Proposal Coordinator manages the development, coordination, and timely submission of high-quality proposals. This includes collaborating with estimating and operations teams to gather scope and pricing while maintaining professional documentation.
The candidate must be able to track deliverables, review RFP requirements, and standardize proposal templates. Strong coordination skills are required to gather technical responses and qualifications packages from internal stakeholders.
