Sales Operations Coordinator (real estate)
rennie is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator in San Diego to help keep a high-profile real estate project organized, client-ready, and running smoothly. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Sales Gallery, including administration, reporting, documentation, event coordination, vendor follow-up, and site readiness.
You’ll be the person who helps keep the details aligned: maintaining accurate systems and records, tracking milestones and operational needs, supporting marketing initiatives and events, coordinating with project partners, and helping ensure the Sales Gallery is polished, prepared, and welcoming.
If you’re an organized, service-minded professional who thrives in fast-paced real estate, hospitality, project marketing, or client-facing environments, this role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a project team without the need for a real estate licence.
