The coordinator supports Account Managers and internal teams by handling customer inquiries and processing expenses. Key tasks include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and performing data entry of customer information.
A high school diploma is required, while secondary education or relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should ideally have three years of business or customer service experience and strong organizational abilities.

Relocation Today is hiring for a Relocation Services Coordinator at its Minnetonka, Minnesota office. This position 40 hours per week. The coordinator supports Account Managers and internal teams while team members are out of office. Administrative Coordinators manage a diverse range of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and consistent performance under deadlines. This is a customer service and client facing role.
