The Associate Scientist will develop and perform cell-based assays to characterize therapeutic antibodies for the VelocImmune pipeline. This role involves collaborating across therapeutic teams to conduct high-throughput functional screens and analyze molecular signaling pathways.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field with at least 3 years of experience, or a Master's degree with up to 3 years of experience. Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and in vitro assay techniques is required to succeed in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will develop and perform cell-based assays that reveal how antibodies act on molecular function and signaling, playing an integral role in the discovery and characterization of therapeutic molecules across diverse disease areas, while collaborating with scientists across neuroscience, immunology, and other therapeutic teams.
