The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operational success and profitability of the property, including budget preparation and Fair Housing compliance. They lead the office and maintenance teams while implementing creative marketing strategies to monitor market trends.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of property management experience and strong leadership and communication skills. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software are required.
