Design and execute complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large volumes of healthcare data for Health Plan reporting. Develop and automate analytical reports and dashboards to identify trends and support data-informed decision-making.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in SQL programming, healthcare organizations, and compliance reporting. Proficiency in Tableau, SSRS, and Excel is essential, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
The Senior Healthcare Programmer/Analyst is a data-driven professional responsible for designing and executing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of healthcare data. This role develops and delivers analytical reports for Health Plans, including ODAGs, Part C, Denial Logs, and Inpatient Referral Universes, while identifying trends and insights that support data-informed decision-making.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $115,000 year to $120,000 year; Base pay may vary depending on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package may also include additional elements such as a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and other benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave). Details will be provided upon offer of employment.
