As we proudly celebrate 50 years of serving Polk County, Regal Kia is entering an exciting new chapter with the construction of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia service facility. To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding service team.

Greet and assist service customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians
Maintain consistent communication throughout the service process
Promote customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance
Driven, motivated, and results-oriented
Clean and valid driver’s license required
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
