The painter is responsible for repainting vacant apartment units, including surface preparation, drywall repair, and painting walls, ceilings, and trim. They must also inspect work areas and ensure high-quality, consistent finishes according to company standards.
Candidates should be dependable painters with experience in drywall repair and interior painting techniques. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow established processes, and maintain a professional, consistent workflow.
